Thank you for letting me take the micky out of you whenever I could. Thank you for being Evie's best friend. Thank you for making me eat a toe made of sand! Thank you for doing my make up and making me look even more beautiful than I am! Thank you for the look that told me that you could remove my head with your foot if you wanted! Thank you for showing us the wonder of Japan. Thank you for colour and glitter - lots of glitter. But most of all thank you for you. xxxxx

Dear Rosie, We only met a few times but its Casey who knew you. From what Casey and your Dad told me, I think I have an idea of the young lady you were. There are people we meet on our journey through life, with its ups and downs along the winding paths which we walk. Then there is you, wiser than most your age, smart, intelligent, fearless, determined, funny and very kind. After speaking with your folks and hearing your remembrance service I realise what I missed not knowing you better. With that being said I realise you have touched my life and my families life in many ways all the ready. For when we see Molly we see you. Molly is one of the kindest teenagers I have ever known. I know you are sisters and perhaps not quite the same, but you are two wonderful, intelligent, smart, fearless, determined, funny and both extremely caring. Your spirit will live on in your families and all those lives for which you have touched. You appear to have the Japanese spirit, the “Bushido code” comes to mind. It’s has Eight Principles and you probably know them. Courage, Compassion, Respect, Integrity, Honour, Loyalty, Self-control, Justice. I think this you and your Japanese Spirit which you obviously have. This is shown in many ways from the love of Anime, Music, Art and celebrating everything Japanese. I’m pretty sure you would have made a wonderful strong Anime character. Lol. Rosie you have touched so many lives and even more so today. I will do my best to live my life as full as yours with the same courage, compassion and determination for which you have shown. There are no good byes just see you later. Darren, Casey and family. I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are. Speak to me in the easy way which you always used. Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight? Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
